Our client based in Central Gloucester is looking for a Team Leader to join them on a contract basis for approx. 6 months. This opportunity can support home working during the C-19 lockdown and once restrictions are lifted there will be some flexibility in working from home and being office based.
 
The Team Leader will be responsible for a team of 6 who are focussed on Economic Development & recovery, so previous experience within this arena is essential and if you have previously worked for any local authority, this would be advantageous.
 
You will liaising with the Gloucestershire LEP, dealing with planning permission applications, managing local plan engagement, working with the Community Infrastructure Levy on education and library contributions and handling any appeals.
 
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate previous team management experience, who have managed set budgets and who have an Economic Development background.
