Salary: Up to £24,000

The successful candidate will be responsible for store management in a hands-on role. We are looking for a personable & presentable Café Store Manager with a keen eye for detail, a real lead from the front gets it done attitude & above all, a team player! Their duties as a Store Manager will be responsible for either opening or closing the shop, recruitment, training staff, basic P&L, ordering, goods-receiving, merchandising, team, and HACCP management.

It is also essential to have a keen interest in food and drink, as well as a background in either retail or hospitality management, or both! They must be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, attention to detail and calmness under pressure, while getting the best out of your front-of-house team.
