An exciting opportunity to join a very well established business in the heart of it's commercial team.

Job Purpose:

To support the Commercial function of the business by providing adequate and reliable support for stock, Commercial and general warehouse processes, procedures and enquiries.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Administrative and support duties associated with the following responsibilities

STOCK

· Purchase Orders - Order stock Internally and from Suppliers, amend current PO's

· Produce regular stock reports

WAREHOUSE

· Deal with warehouse sample order queries

- Missing orders, damaged after picking label errors

· Stocktaking - regular checks on sample quantities, condition and positioning

COMMERCIAL

· Sampling - Order product samples when requested for new ranges

· To create launch documents when new product launches

· Place modular stand orders
