The candidate:
Full stack developer with solid experience developing .NET applications, ideally .net core and ASP.net
Solid C# and object-orientated programming
HTML, CSS, ASP, .NET, C#, JavaScript
Developing web SPI/RESTful web services
Ideally have knowledge of databases - particularly MS SQL
