Our client is a successful bespoke house builder with an established reputation within the South West market. Typical projects are small to mid size high quality focused housing developments with an average sale value in excess of £500k
The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join the team based from the Bristol office. You will be responsible for leading the day to day design and build management aspects of high quality small to medium scale new build housing projects. The role will report to a Contracts Manager and be responsible for day to day delivery of site operations. Each project will be different and quality focused (not volume house building).
