Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside Gloucestershire County Council to provide them with a Senior Project Manager on a 12-18 month initial contract.

This role is 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday and offers a pay rate of £400-£500 per day. This may be negotiable dependent on your experience.

Remote working with a view to work 1-2 days per week on site when restrictions are lifted.

As a successful Senior Project Manager, your duties will be:

Manage one or more projects through their lifecycle from initiation to delivery of benefits, taking responsibility for planning , developing and implementing the project
Produce robust and detailed project business cases and plans, identifying and agreeing the project scope, deliverables, milestones, risks and benefits
Be responsible for all aspects of project governance, managing gateway approvals, maintaining change control and ensuring that corporate requirements are met
