Our Client is currently seeking a Scheduling Assistant to work within their Repairs and Property Services team. Providing day to day planning of resources and scheduling of work for in house trade operatives, by delivering reactive, routine and planned work.
For this role you will need to be an excellent Team player and able to work in a pressurised environment. Experience in building repairs will give you a distinct advantage and you must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of customer care and diverse needs of customers.
The successful candidate will need experience in using DRS software and be comfortable in using various other IT systems. You must have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and customers
