As a Resourcer you will be responsible for utilising various job boards to proactively approach individuals to discuss the organisation and particular roles of interest.


As a Resourcer your main responsibility will be to increase the number of care and support staff joining the organisation. You will be joining an established HR and Recruitment team based in Cheltenham. This is an office-based role, on a full time (37 hours a week) basis.
