The Role
The Residential Property Solicitor will be responsible for a full case load involving dealing with all aspects of residential transactions to include freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, new build, part-exchange and remortgage matters.
The Residential Property team act for purchasers and vendors, locally and regionally.

The Candidate
The Residential Property Solicitor will be an experienced as a residential conveyancer, fee earner or executive with at least 5+ years PQE.
