As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will represent a key role within operations and manufacturing. Responsible for supporting the Production Manager and the departments team of staff you will ensure that smooth work flow is achieved utilising labour and equipment effectively to produce a high-quality product delivered on time.

Continuous improvement is paramount having a thorough understanding of lean tools and how they link to KPI's. Actively drive team and process to become world class. Ideally you will have experience within a similar environment with team leading skills. You will be required to work on all shop floor elements initially to gain a thorough understanding of the role.
