My client, one of the largest Secondary schools in Cheltenham are looking for a Junior Chef to join their team.

Responsibilities
Assist the Catering Lead to manage the food and beverage provision. Take responsibility of meal preparation with the assistance of the Catering Lead. Support on planning menus. Minimise wastage and manage stock levels. Order stock with suppliers. Ensure sufficient food is available at all times during all services throughout the school day. Preparation of hot and cold food and assist with the services. Ensure health and safety regulations are met. To maintain hygiene standards as laid down by management and food safety act.
The Candidate
Must be Level 2 food hygiene trained with certificate. Must hold Allergy Awareness qualification and HACCP training. Experience working in a mass catering environment is essential. Good verba...
