A leading IT hardware business is looking to recruit an Installation Manager to act as the link between internal and external partners. The successful Installation Manager will deliver projects within time constraints, budget and provide ongoing support. The Installation Manager, along with the wider IT team will assist the sales team, providing strategic guidance to customers in respect of current and future technology and infrastructure requirements.

Responsibilities:

Deliver projects according to project deliverables as outlined by the project lead
Responsible for post-project handover and continual service improvement sessions for supporting stakeholders
Provide daily progress project updates to customers and key stakeholders
Update and complete project documentation and knowledge base to enable effective handover to Service Desk or customer IT teams
