We have an urgent requirement for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a key client of ours based in Gloucester. The successful candidate will provide hands-on support to all software/hardware issues, implement software upgrades and maintain the Network across the UK and global offices.

Essential Skills

Windows 7/8/10

Basic networking skills (Switches, Routers, IP Addressing etc)

Some virtualisation knowledge (VMWare, VShpere, VDi)

Hardware builds (desktop, laptops, mobiles, tablets)

Troubleshooting

Technical knowledge on supporting IT applications
