My fantastic client based in Gloucester is currently recruiting for a Fluent German Speaking IT Support Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company. The successful candidate will support the company with mainly first line support issues.

Responsibilities/Duties;

-Manage Office 365 & Azure AD systems deployment (e.g. SharePoint, Exchange, etc.)

-Respond to support queries via Zendesk, over the phone and face to face

-Troubleshoot software & hardware issues both on site and remotely

-Communicate with the clients and suppliers as/when required to replenish stock, manage hardware/software, support our infrastructure, etc.
