IT Support Analyst with experience of ERP Systems support is required by our manufacturing client based in Cheltenham. A salary of up to £26k basic is available.

Reporting to the 2nd line Team Leader, the IT Support Analyst will work in support of the company Dynamics AX ERP systems and will be trained both on Dynamics AX as well as the new Dynamics 365 system which is being rolled out soon. You will be involved in the system upgrade and user integration process. Full training is provided.

The IT Support Analyst will enjoy the challenge of analysing and resolving complex technical issues whilst liaising with other ERP Analysts and Developers in problem resolution. You will take ownership of support issues from users, providing software fault diagnosis and resolution as well as fix testing.
