The Role:

* This is a diverse role that will involve elements of both project management and the delivery of technical solutions from design through to installation.

* Working with both internal and external customers to ensure projects are delivered to expected scope.

* Providing technical support to the service desk relating to problems and change management issues.

Qualities Required:

* You will have previous experience working within a managed service provider or similar IT support covering many different technical areas.

* Knowledge and experience of working on IT infrastructure projects including planning, installation and documentation.

* Certification or excellent working knowledge of major networking and infrastructure components, networking operating systems, infrastructure configuration and maintenance.
