IT Field Engineer / Field Engineer required for my client based in Cheltenham for a permanent role paying up to £27k plus £3 bonus plus car, laptop, phone

As an IT Field Engineer you will be responsible for providing onsite break/fix support and basic level installs for customers, along with completing scheduled contractual visits and providing holiday and sickness cover when required.

The ideal candidate would have proven experience of supporting existing desktop/server infrastructures as well as providing onsite services to customers.

Although most customers are within the South West, you would need to be prepared to travel nationwide upon occasions.

Responsibilities

Ensure Field Engineer support tickets are updated and completed within SLA

Perform scheduled contract visits at customer sites and complete relevant documentation

Attend customer sites and troubleshoot IT issues which cannot be resolved remotely by the NOC
