Role based in Gloucester - working on-site 2-3 days per week from the start of the contract 

Are you an experienced HR professional who has a passion for employee relations and partnering leaders in driving change? If so, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you to join the HR team in a Gloucester based factory working for a global FMCG company.

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer/HR Advisor to join the team in Gloucester to support on day to day HR functions. This is an Office and a Factory and includes 350 blue collar workers and 50 white collar workers

The ideal candidate will have:-

Previous HR experience at a similar level
It is essential that you have experience of working within a Manufacturing or Distribution environment  and supported blue collar workers
Ideally worked within a unionized environment
