We are looking for an experienced HR Officer/HR Advisor to join the team in Gloucester to support on day to day HR functions. This is an Office and a Factory and includes 350 blue collar workers and 50 white collar workers
The ideal candidate will have:-
Previous HR experience at a similar level
It is essential that you have experience of working within a Manufacturing or Distribution environment and supported blue collar workers
Ideally worked within a unionized environment
