Working within the Customer Service Team, as a Customer Service Advisor within the French market, your role will be to provide Customer Service to customers, whether that be verbally over the telephone or in written communication. The Customer Service Department is a fast paced environment, with high expectations on how we communicate with customers and manage their expectations.

Hours:

This role works on a 12 hour shift over a maximum of 4 days per week. The role includes Saturday and Sunday work.

Eg. In a 4 week month in week 1 and week 4 of the month you would work Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday and Weeks 3 and 4 you would work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only. This is an average of 38.5 hours per week with 3 or 4 days off per week.
