£50,000 - £55,000 plus car (will increase inside 12 months)

A superb opportunity to join a market-leading Cheltenham business offering a mix of home and office working. Forming part of the leadership team, the Finance Manager will make a meaningful contribution to the commercial decisions taken by our client, offering financial leadership and insight.

The role is not overly technical and requires a good level of commercial acumen. You will help drive the forecast for overheads and gross margin and produce analysis and commentary for non-Finance, as well as taking ownership for the submission of the month-end reporting pack.

You will also produce the annual business plan and provide guidance, support and challenge to various areas of the business. There will be opportunities to deliver process improvements and to support on future systems-related projects as well.
