THE ROLE:
Leading and growing a customer support and technical support team.
Planning and implementing customer support strategy, whilst leading by example, providing exceptional customer service.
Assembling a more comprehensive team, to also include technical support, documentation writers and building out of our remote and out of hours capability.
Coaching and developing the team.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBTUES REQUIRED:
5+ years' experience management experience.
