We are looking for a Customer service assistant for our client based in Gloucester ,The role is 08:00 till 17.00, Monday to Friday, lunch 45 minutes.

The main purpose will be to work within the Customer Success team, ensuring complete customer satisfaction at all times. This will involve the following:

 Handling of key accounts to ensure smooth flowing contracts and continued customer satisfaction.

 Handling of SME customers and potential customers - dealing with product enquiries and aftersales.

 Deal with all aftersales in the business quickly and efficiently - always keeping the customer experience at the forefront of anything you do.
