Looking for a Contract Supervisor for a building services maintenance organisation due to exceptional growth throughout the south west of the UK.
This is an expansion role and will be, working out of their head office and meeting with engineers and clients.
* Understanding of engineering maintenance within Facilities Maintenance or Building Services
* Worked previously as a building services maintenance engineer would be desirable.
* Have quoted and priced additional works
* Experience of management of engineers
