As a team leader you will take on responsibility for the commercial team's secretarial support staff which includes oversight of quality of work and compliance as well as offering coaching advice and overseeing issues such as holidays, appraisals, and performance issues. You would also oversee the monthly fee and billing process, manage the performance appraisals of the team as well as recruitment and the induction process.


Ideally you will have a legal or accounting practice and may have a legal secretarial or PA background.
